Pattern optimization design
E200 displays an asymmetrical pattern, with wide inside grooves designed for drainage, reinforced outside blocks improving steering support. Characteristics of heavy weight and large torque of electric vehicles, shoulder block key ensure a maximum steering grip and ground contact area.
Four wide main grooves provide quick drainage, anti-aquaplaning and excellent wet skid resistance.

Load force simulation optimization

Ground pressure simulation optimization
Tread compound applying new multi-terminal modified solution polystyrene butadiene of low rolling resistance , reduces energy loss on the tread, bringing ideal low rolling resistance performance and wear resistance performance. High percentage of silica and high amount of resin are acquired to provide excellent wet grip.
Experimental data shows that E200 products, developed for electric vehicles reaches a rolling resistance level of the EU label A, which is 20% higher than conventional tires, by which cruising range is increased by about 3%.
